Custom HRM Development
Attendance, leave, payroll inputs and appraisals, built around your policies instead of forcing your HR team into someone else’s workflow.
HR SaaS pricing looks small per employee, until you multiply by headcount and months, and add the modules that cost extra. And it still doesn’t handle your specific shift rules, your approval chains, your incentive structure. We build HRM systems that match your policies exactly, as a one-time investment you own.
Start with the module that hurts most (usually attendance and leave) and add payroll inputs, onboarding, documents and appraisals as you grow.

FAQ Custom HRM questions
How much does custom HRM software cost?
Module-wise builds start at ₹2,50,000. Most companies begin with attendance and leave, then add payroll inputs and appraisals later. Compare that against SaaS at roughly ₹3,500 a month and up: below about 25 employees the SaaS maths wins, and we will say so.
When does custom HRM make sense over Keka/greytHR?
When your headcount makes per-employee fees expensive, when your shift/incentive rules don’t fit standard tools, or when you want HR data integrated with operations and CRM. Below ~25 employees, SaaS almost always wins on cost.
Can it handle biometric attendance and our shift rules?
Yes, and this is the usual reason companies give up on standard tools. We integrate your existing biometric or geo-attendance hardware and build your actual shift patterns, overtime rules and approval chains rather than the nearest preset.
Does it run payroll?
It produces clean payroll inputs, not statutory payroll filing. Attendance, leave, overtime and deductions come out as a monthly export your accountant or payroll provider can use directly. Statutory compliance changes often enough that we would rather your specialist own it.
How long does an HRM build take?
The first module is usually live in 4-6 weeks. Adding the rest depends on how many policies need encoding, and policy documentation is normally the slow part rather than the software.
