Here’s the honest math: we build from India, where senior engineering talent costs a fraction of US rates, and we take a small equity stake (5-15%, vesting monthly) in the startups we build. The cash keeps our lights on. The equity means we profit only if your product succeeds. So we build like owners, not vendors.
That alignment is also why we don’t accept every project. We screen applicants like an investor would: market, founder, distribution. If we take you on, it’s because we believe the equity will be worth something.
