FAQ Pricing questions

Why is Build + Equity half the price of cash-only?

Because the equity is the other half. The subscription covers our engineering cost; the 5-15% stake, vesting monthly over 12 months, is our profit, if and only if your company succeeds. Full details on the equity page.

What counts as one “request”?

A feature, a screen, an integration, a fix: one coherent unit of work. Big features are split into shippable steps, and the queue is unlimited. During the initial MVP build we run the roadmap for you; requests matter most in the continuous-shipping phase.

What if I stop paying?

Cash-only: pause or cancel anytime, keep everything shipped. Equity track: cancel early and you keep the code delivered to date; we keep only the equity already vested. Cancel at month 3, for example, and only 3/12 of the stake has vested.
