STUDIO / The Studio / Process
No black box.
The #1 fear about remote teams is silence. Our process is built so you always know what’s happening, without sitting in meetings.
01 Week by week
Week 0
Scoping
Feature map, architecture, fixed timeline. Repo created in YOUR GitHub org. Board set up, contracts signed, kickoff call done.
Weeks 1-2
Foundation
Auth, database, deployment pipeline, design system. A deployed preview URL exists by the end of week two and never goes away.
Weeks 3-8
Core build
The features that make your product yours, shipped in weekly increments. Every Friday: a demo video walking through what changed, in plain English.
Weeks 9-12
Launch
Payments live, monitoring on, real users in. We handle the unglamorous launch-week firefighting. It’s our product too.
Ongoing
Continuous shipping
One active request at a time from your queue: features, fixes, experiments. The subscription keeps the same team on your product, week after week.
02 Your timezone, covered
UK / EU
Full working-day overlap
IST is 3.5-4.5h ahead. Your 9am is our lunchtime; we’re online your whole day.
Australia
Near-full overlap
IST is 4.5-5.5h behind AEST, so mornings sync perfectly. An underrated advantage.
US
Evening overlap + async
Your morning is our evening: daily written updates, Loom demos, and scheduled calls that respect both clocks.
03 The stack
We build on a boring-on-purpose, production-grade stack: Next.js + TypeScript for the product, PostgreSQL for data, Stripe for payments, deployed on modern cloud infrastructure with monitoring from day one. Mobile apps ship cross-platform from a single codebase.
Why boring? Because your next hire already knows it, your investors' technical diligence recognises it, and it scales past your MVP without a rewrite. Novelty belongs in your product, not your infrastructure.
